An easy, shallow dive round the shark net where you will find soft corals, sponges and seahorses. The shark net is under a pier which is very popular among fishers, so be careful with hooks and rods. Excellent rookie dive site. The India is so shallow you can see it in Google Earth if you zoom in. It's a 216 foot wooden freighter that sank in 1928. This is a very nice dive, takes about 50 minutes. the deepest point is 50 feet. has some nice log swim through ans rock formations Swinging Bridge, Illinois River: Go to Grants Pass (I-5 exit 55) and then out highway 199 West, 20 twenty miles to Selma. The Selma Market (at milepost 20) is our usual meeting place. It is a great little spot to practice. Man made lake contains two sunken divers platforms, two sunken boats, dive lines guide you from the main platform. Max depth about 25ft. easy walk in entry. It costs $5 a day to dive. Pay at the RV park building, by bathroom area. On weekends you are likely to share lake with small certifying class. Guppy Gulch is a 15 acre quarry at Delta Pennsylvania. It has sunken boats, trains cycles, 5 underwater platforms, a floating dock, camping facilities, courses, treated water, and night diving by appointment. Within an hour of Baltimore and an hour and a half from Philadelphia just north of the Pennsylvania Line. Isla Mujeres - Drift Dive during Turtle Mating Season

Off the north section of the island is an unreal drift dive that whips you around the top of the island at very high speed! At the right time of year, Sea Turtles are mating and I count at least 30 couples of giant turtle mating! THe current here is insanely fast - do not attempt without an experienced guide.(more)

I did this dive recently and thought it was brilliant! I did the same reef at night and it was just as good. Large schooling fish, and a large amount of ship debris on the bottom that was teeming with life.(more)

A short walk down a path to a beach then a short swim or walk to a rock wall on eastern end of beach. Normal sort of rock wall and weed some fish. THis dive is more protected than Broulee cave so can be done if weather is not right. Not very deep and not overly interesting but still a place to get wet.(more)
