Details:
Overcast day, 4-6 foot swell at site. Visability at 5 feet. Alot of small seabass on wreck along with a few lobster burried deep into the tracks of the APC's. Found an anchor fouled on wreck site with about 30 foot of chain. wrapped under an APC, unable to recover on this dive.
